He is a Chartered Electrical and Mechanical Engineer, Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner, Registered Safety Auditor and Registered Safety Officer. He is a qualified engineer practicing in manufacturing, industrial and systems, logistics and transportation, control, automation and instrumentation, environmental and mechanical disciplines. In 2019, he was the independent registered safety auditor for the IPO of CR Construction Group Holdings Limited (HKG:1582).
